    Description
What do carers do? (in residential aged care) provides information about residential aged care for carers and students of aged care courses. This book raises concerns about the current role expectations and skills of care staff and it is hoped, contributes to the dialogue on these role expectations and training of care staff within their current and future roles in residential aged care. The future role of nursing staff also needs to be examined in light of the current and future role expectations of care staff.
