Rumour has it that Borders have recently implemented a new policy to enable store managers to take on books of local interest.

This may be books by local authors or books which are of interest to local clientele e.g. a regional cookbook. This is a great opportunity for you to dash into your nearest Borders store (or maybe call for an appointment) to see the Store Manager. Make sure that your book is well presented and that you are able to issue GST invoices. It may help to provide posters to increase your book visibility or offer to do a signing in store.
